Whether you want to smoke, bake, grill or steam food, there is a temperature range for every method of preparation. That temperature range is clearly visible on the thermometer of the barbecue. In the unlikely event that the thermometer no longer works properly, it is possible to order a new thermometer. Then you can quickly heat your food to the right temperature again. The thermometer is equipped with a Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature scale.
