Description Commercial Grade Stove

It goes without saying that kitchen equipment has to last and be able to take a beating. That is why this four-burner cooking range with oven is indispensable in every professional kitchen. Thanks to the monoblock cooking plate, this cooker is extra robust. The cast iron cooking plates are suitable for small and large pans. In six steps, you can set the temperature of the burners to between 90 and 450ºC. The cooker is also equipped with a safety switch to prevent overheating. The top is seamlessly welded so that food residues don't accumulate in corners. This professional cooker can be perfectly placed in a cooking line.

Electric oven with grill

The oven of this professional kitchen has a removable grid of 53 x 34cm. In many professional kitchens, Gastronorm trays are used and it's possible to use 1/1 GN trays in this oven. There is a heating element above and behind the chamber of the oven. The Turbo Fan ensures that the hot air is blown around well. The oven chamber is made from stainless steel and contains three guides for trays. The oven door is made from stainless steel and has a thickness of 4cm, as well as an ergonomic handle. In addition, this cooker with oven is suitable as a base for the 600 series.

Easy to clean

The temperature in the oven can be set between 50 and 300ºC. As the cooker is made from stainless steel, it is easy to clean. Make sure the appliance is completely switched off and wipe all smooth surfaces with a damp cloth, warm water and soapy water. The cast iron cooking plates can be cleaned with a sponge. The cooker works on three-phase current.
